Personally, Carlos truly enjoys spending time with his wife Clare and their three children, Iris, Celeste, and Arthur. He loves overseeing the grill and is an avid fan of the great game of baseball as well as Soccer.
Additionally, Carlos absolutely loves the diversity of cultures, specifically the food, and has travelled to 23 countries, and counting.
